Our products are normally shipped within 2-3 days; exceptions may occur in campaign periods like Christmas where shipping time may range from 10 to 12 days because apparently all the elves work exclusively for Santa. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact shop@nip.gl or on our live chat on our website.

We are currently using DHL International or DB Schenker, depending on where you live.

As Ninjas we strive always to improve all aspects of our customer experience, meaning we may update the list of carriers.

For pre-orders, you will receive an email once your order has been processed. Depending on the item please wait between 4-6 weeks for delivery of the product, the time of wait will be specified on your confirmation email. We know that the wait is not optimal, but we promise it’s worth it.

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For countries outside of the EU the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax upon receiving your package.

NEW UK VAT REGULATIONS DUE TO BREXIT

Orders not exceeding Β£135

Ninjas in Pyjamas is obliged to charge sales VAT through our website checkout and report this to UK authorities as a result of the Brexit trade agreement between the UK and the EU. The VAT is calculated on the sales price and is already included in the price you pay at the checkout.

Orders exceeding Β£135

Sales VAT handled the same as above and Ninjas in Pyjamas will also pay import VAT (and duties) on clearance to UK authorities for your order not to be subjected to any additional VAT (and duties) through the British customs process.
