I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT'S NOT APPLYING TO ITEMS ON SALE, WHY IS THAT?
Sale items are not included in promotional discount codes unfortunately.
Depending on the country you live in there are different customs and import charges that apply. We suggest you read a bit about this before placing an order with us, in the EU there is a free trade agreement but for the Americas, Asia, Oceania and Africa there are different regulations. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent over so you can track the order, if you're an international customer you can check the status of your order through DHL express tracking.
In order to only have one shipping cost we prefer to send them all together. Otherwise, feel free to place a separate order, it will ensure you get the items you are keen on receiving before.
If you change your mind about your purchase once it has arrived to your hands, unopened packages and in almost intact condition, will be refunded within 30 days of purchase date.
