Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing and fulfilment takes approximately 1-2 business days. You will then receive an email confirming shipping and tracking number.

If you did not receive an order confirmation please drop us an email at shop@nip.gl so we can double check everything is okay with your order, and provide you with your order confirmation info.
If you realize you want to change your order after placing it, please contact us on shop@nip.gl as soon as possible so we can change the order before it gets sent out to you. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, it depends on the status of the order and stock availability. If we cannot change your order directly in our system, you are welcome to return it to us once you receive it and we will help you make a change.
If you want to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible on shop@nip.gl and depending on the status of the order we might be able to cancel it for you. If not, we have a return policy of 30 days.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE BUT IT'S NOT APPLYING TO ITEMS ON SALE, WHY IS THAT?
Sale items are not included in promotional discount codes unfortunately.
Depending on the country you live in there are different customs and import charges that apply. We suggest you read a bit about this before placing an order with us, in the EU there is a free trade agreement but for the Americas, Asia, Oceania and Africa there are different regulations. If you have any doubts, you can also contact our customer service to the email shop@nip.gl or on our live chat on our website.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Shipping time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout.

Within Sweden we use DHL Express Domestic in most locations except in the more remote ones where we use Schenker.

Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent over so you can track the order, if you're an international customer you can check the status of your order through DHL express tracking.
In order to only have one shipping cost we prefer to send them all together. Otherwise, feel free to place a separate order, it will ensure you get the items you are keen on receiving before.
If you change your mind about your purchase once it has arrived to your hands, unopened packages and in almost intact condition, will be refunded within 30 days of purchase date.
