The Esports World Cup (EWC) is fast approaching, and Ninjas in Pyjamas is set to take the stage in Riyadh. This summer, we will be competing under the banner of NIP.eStar, the manifestation of our combined Western and Chinese esports clubs working together to reach the top of the EWC Club Championship.
With this partnership, we are uniting NIP’s international legacy with eStar’s deep roots in the Chinese esports scene, creating a powerhouse ready to take on the world’s best. As an EWC Foundation Club partner, NIP is committed to the long-term vision of the Esports World Cup, an event designed to bring together top-tier teams across multiple titles and push esports to new heights.
Our expansion does not stop there: we are proud to announce the official establishment of NIP’s PUBG division in China. The former MnG Esports Club PUBG team has now joined the black and neon, carrying on their reputation as a strong and resilient roster. With our support in training, event resources, and brand operations, they are ready to make their mark under the Ninjas in Pyjamas banner.
This is more than just another tournament. The EWC is set to be one of the biggest and most ambitious events in esports history, featuring high-stakes competition, a massive global audience, and a format that will test the best teams across multiple disciplines. For us, it is an opportunity to showcase what NIP stands for. Talent, strategy, and the relentless pursuit of victory.
Our journey to Riyadh is just getting started. Over the coming months, you’ll be able to follow the efforts of all of NIP.eStar’s rosters across the world as they fight their way through qualifications in a multitude activations both digital and offline. We will be presenting new rosters for EWC, hosting fan events and viewings, and putting on a show for NIP.eStar fans worldwide. Whether you are a long-time fan or new to the black and neon, this is a moment you will not want to miss.
Stay tuned as we gear up for the Esports World Cup. The countdown has begun.
