Richard 'Xizt' Landström, leading by example since day one. The former in game leader for the Ninjas in Pyjamas now looks to focus on his fragging. With the experience of many a tournament under his belt, he is always ready to reign the team in when it's time to get serious and take games down.
This Swede is well travelled, and definitely has some experience under his belt despite his relatively younger age. He's played for teams including Publiclir.se, SK Gaming, n!faculty and Luminosity to name a few. Jacob 'pyth' Mourujärvi, the 22 year old rifler is our newest addition so far! Having potential since the beginning, we're looking to build on his already bright start!
Björn 'THREAT' Pers, a name many long time fans will remember as a clinical in game leader from 1.6. One of his most notable teams being a FNATIC lineup including our very own f0rest and GeT_RiGhT, this man knows the game inside out. Trust a Swedish man to be one of the most knowledgeable tacticians in the game. Known for his pinpoint executes and uncanny ability to lead a team, this man always has a plan!
Patrik 'f0rest' Lindberg, the all-round reliable. The suave Swedish master of CS is a gaming genius. He has the ability to perform any given task in a team, from holding a site to opening one up, from rifles to AWPs, he knows it all. Offering his team a unique flexibility that allows them to adapt to any given situation.
Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund, lurker extraordinaire. The sneaky Swede is one of the most recognisable faces in e-sports, winning e-sport Player Of The Year 2009, and the Team Captain for Ninjas in Pyjamas. With an incredible level of skill to back up his sometimes eccentric plays you can be sure to find him on the highlight reel leaving the fans stunned.
Lauri "mafu" Rasi is currently playing dps/secondary tank for the team. Having a long history in various FPS games, mafu offers a lot of flexibility in team compositions and tactics.
Kalle ”hymzi” Honkala is well known for his versatile playstyle and high impact roles. Mostly seen as the flanker of the team whose plays result in incredibly hard hitting moves and explosive team kills. We have also seen these plays in his long and successful career in Team Fortress 2. hymzi is the team captain of Ninjas In Pyjamas Overwatch team.
Kyynel had a lot of competitive success in Team Fortress 2 playing under Power Gaming and was considered to be one of the best medic players in the game.Now kyynel is part of the NiP Overwatch team.
Joonas "zappis" Alakurtti is the hitscan player for NiP. Having honed his skills in multiple FPS titles he has become an adaptable asset to the team. McCree being his bread and butter, he is never afraid to whip out new heroes or styles to aid the team to victory.
Aleksi "Zuppehw" Kuntsi is an experienced FPS and MOBA player with a support/flex role in the team. Mostly known for his Ana plays, he can also pick any other character and make outstanding plays during critical situations in a match.
Joona "Fragi" Laine is a versatile and experienced PC gaming all-rounder. Having played multiple MOBAs, FPS games and WoW at high level for more than a decade he has developed an excellent skill set for Overwatch. In NiP Fragi is mostly known for his fearsome Reinhardt but is also a flexible talent capable of playing any given hero when needed.
Already from a very young age Era got his chance as a professional gamer, being regarded as one of the biggest talents in the first years of Heroes of Newerth. When he transitioned into Dota him and former teammate Johan ”N0tail” Sundstein were the most dangerous Tiny & Wisp combination in the game and their opponents would almost always first ban one of the two heroes against them. In more recent years he is known for playing every possible carry hero but beware especially for his Morphling.
Trixi is considered one of the best HoN players of all time. He transitioned to Dota 2 in late 2011 and eventually ended up with his old teammates from his HoN days. Known for his humor and ballsy plays Trixi is hard not to love as he brings style to the offlane like few others.
When the middle lane transitioned from being occupied by the gankers to the carry mids we are used to today many eyes were on Qojqva. Exceling on heroes like Tinker, Lone Druid and Nature’s Prophet this young German made his presence known at The International 2014 where his Team Liquid had the underdog story of the event where they beat prominent opponents like Team DK, EG and Newbee. After a shorter hiatus from Dota 2 Qojqva returned in early 2016 to team up with Era and Synderen whom he has played with since.
The oldest member of the team and a true DotA veteran playing for teams like the legendary MYM squad amongst others. H4nn1 has had a longer hiatus from Dota 2 during which he contributed as an analyst at major Dota 2 events. He is now returning to play with former teammates in Era and Trixi playing the 4 support position.
syndereN is the Dota 2 player gone caster who made his big break in 2012 where his team mTw managed to beat Na’Vi whom at the time were the reigning The International champions at Dreamhack Summer 2012. In 2013 he worked as an analyst and caster at the biggest and most prestigious events Dota 2 has to offer and was widely regarded as one of the best casters and analysts. He returned as a player in late 2015 and managed to qualify to The International 2016 making it his third apperance at the prestigious event.
