NiP is one of the most iconic brands within esports, founded almost 20 years ago. We have won over 200 trophies, and currently have a fanbase of more than 4M direct fans. We field world-class teams in CSGO, Rainbow Six, Valorant, FIFA & DotA 2 and are currently exploring multiple entries into more titles to reach an even larger audience. To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a hyper-creative Head of Fanbase & Growth, to significantly elevate our efforts within social media, community engagement, and general audience growth.

You’ll be tasked with bringing us into hypergrowth mode, with free roam to lead, strategize, hypothesize, and execute all our efforts within paid marketing, social media, and community management together with your team. A digital native with a natural growth mindset, passionate about breaking the status quo, and always staying ahead of the curve within marketing and social media.

Core responsibilities
- Develop, and lead your team through executing a long-term plan for hypergrowth in NiP's fanbase size & engagement, tying together all our disparate channels and content pipelines into one coherent narrative and structure
- Ideate compelling content - video, graphics, copy
- Take full ownership of social media & fan base-related KPIs, adjusting the operation if the need arises
- Integrate commercial activations and commissioned content from the partnership team
- Lead in the day-to-day and expand our community management team; identifying, utilizing and developing your team members’ strengths
- Monitor and act on broader social media trends as they emerge


Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of social media and community management experience, one of them in team lead positions
- Creative growth mindset, and a natural passion for modern marketing trends
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of esports audience behavior
- A ‘get shit done’ attitude

To support our efforts in bringing Ninjas in Pyjamas to a global audience, both endemic and nonendemic,, we are looking for a creative strategist communications leader, with a get shit done approach.

You’ll be charged with streamlining the narrative across all our communications channels, both consumer and business-facing, as well as our positioning within the media landscape. Besides representing one of the biggest esports organizations in the world, you’ll also be a proponent for the entirety of esports and gaming in mainstream media outlets globally.


Core responsibilities
- Streamline, elevate and make coherent our communications across all external touchpoints
- Significantly increase our mainstream media coverage, especially in Sweden, via reactive and proactive PR work
- Develop, build, retain a solid network of contacts both in esports and mainstream outlets globally
- Ideate - in collaboration with the marketing and partnership teams - and execute storylines to support our long-term narratives across all channels
- Deliver value to our commercial partnerships, by publicizing our activations and partnership stories to a wider audience
- Set & own our announcement tone-of-voice
- Collaborate with CEO & COO on speaking engagements, public relations & general inquiries


Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of experience within communications of some form, one of them in a leadership position
- Proactive mindset, and has eye angles and solutions before others
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Strong connections within the Nordic mainstream media, and the ability to build strong global relations
- Creative thinker and passionate about bringing esports into the mainstream
- A ‘get shit done’ attitude
