The Next CSGO Major Announced!

PGL have confirmed via Twitter that they will be hosting the next CSGO major!

As is the standard, the top 8 teams from the ELEAGUE Major have already attained Legend status and thus have a direct invite to the event. The process for deciding the other 8 teams will start with the Regional Asia Minor on June 1st-4th, with the Americas (June 8th-11th), CIS (June 8th-11th), and European (June 15th-18th) Minors following.

Each Minor will feature a $50,000 prize pool, and the top two teams from each Minor will move on to the Offline Major Qualifiers (June 29th-July 2nd), to battle it out against the bottom 8 teams from the ELEAGUE Major to determine the remaining 8 teams for Krakow.

After the full 16 teams are determined, the PGL Major will start with the group stages on July 16th to 19th. Playoff stages between the new Legends will begin on July 21st, at the Tauron Arena Krakow, with the Grand Finals taking place on July 23rd.
